SUBSTANCE: described is method of quantitative determination of derivatives of sulfanilic acid amide, namely streptocide and sulfadimezin by spectrophotometry of determined substance and standard sample of comparison, and as solvent for preparing determined solution applied is 0.1 M solution of hydrochloric acid, spectrophotometry is carried out at analytic wave length of determined substance, as standard sample of comparison applied is potassium ferracyanide and calculation of results is carried out by formula.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase repeatability of determination results, reduce toxicity, labour consumption, analysis error, standardise analysis methods.
