SUBSTANCE: in a lighting system comprising a basic part (12) with at least one primary winding (18) and at least one light module (13, 14) with a secondary winding (26) adapted to inductance interaction with the primary winding (18), the specified basic part (12) comprises a substrate (50), which carries the specified primary winding (18), turns of which lie in the same plane and form a flat area (16) of connection; turns of the secondary winding (26) are in the same plane, and the specified light module (13, 14) comprises at least one light element (20) and a flat lower surface, so that the light module (13, 14) is placed with its flat surface on the flat area (16) of connection.
