SUBSTANCE: invention describes versions of an electrostatic loudspeaker, having first and second stators and a diaphragm in between, where each stator and diaphragm has an electroconductive area, the conducting areas of the first stators are electrically connected to each other, the conducting areas of the second stators are electrically connected to each other, and the conducting areas of the diaphragm are electrically connected to each other. The first and second stators can be installed inclined with respect to each other in order to provide a considerably longer distance between stators of the first from the loudspeakers, than between stators from the second loudspeakers.
EFFECT: possibility of using one diaphragm for reproducing both high and low frequencies.
