FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Milts of salmon fishes are washed, maintained in milk whey salt solution at specified ratio of salt to whey. Then the milts are salted, placed into containers, poured with fillers and sealed.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve consistence and organoleptic properties of preserves.
