SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and can be used in case of neuro-vertebral pathology for correction of posture and in neuro-surgical practice. Device contains base in form of crosspiece, column, stand, horizontal crossbar with bracket with flat contact surface, manual screw drive in form of satisfying self-braking condition pair screw-nut, pair of connecting elements for fixation of device to medical bed, slider, dynamometre and clamp-containing rope-pulley system, connected with Glisson loop or with pelvic girdle on patient, fixed to bed by means of axillary loops. Spherical screw end contacts with flat contact surface of said bracket and nut is rigidly fixed on device stand at the level of flat contact surface. Clamp, consisting of "П"-shaped case with through central hole in bridge, T-shaped block with treaded leg with slot and finger-nut, reliably holds clamped rope, ensuring transmission of required effort. Construction of said pair of connecting elements makes it possible to easily and quickly fasten the device to medical beds of various constructive implementations.

EFFECT: elimination of possibility to obtain complications during spine traction, extension of functional possibilities of device for spine traction, increase of its exploitation reliability and maintainability.
