FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises base, two stands, carriage, cervical tension unit, tension drive, and pickup of extension force. The cervical tension unit has distributor of tension forces of the cervical section of the spinal column made of cantilever, belts for fastening the cervical section of spinal column, and first flexible link. The first ends of the cervical tension unit are connected with the arms of the cantilever, and the second ends are connected with the belts for fastening cervical section of the spinal column. The device is also provided with the thoracal tension unit that is made of the first cantilever, belts for fastening thoracal section of the spinal column, device for control of the angle of extension of the thoracal section of the spinal column made of a roller, second flexible link, unit for control of tension drive, unit for heating, and third stand. One end of the third stand is mounted on the carriage. The other end is provided with the first bushing oriented horizontally and provided with the stop screw. The thoracal tension unit is provided with the extensible rod set inside the first bushing. The end of the rod is secured to the second bushing, provided with the stop screw, and receives a cantilever. The base is movable and provided with adapting members. The pickup for measuring extension force is made of a strain gage and mounted on the base .
