FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processes of producing fluoroalkane sulphochlorides RfCHX-SO2Cl, where (Rf=F, perfluoroalkyl CnF2n+1, n=1, …, 11; X=F, H) and can be used in synthesis of pesticides, insecticides and other biologically active compounds. Use of the disclosed method enables to obtain fluoroalkane sulphochlorides RfCHX-SO2Cl, where (Rf=F, perfluoroalkyl CnF2n+1, n=1, …, 11; X=F, H) during reaction of a fluoro-substituted alkane with a mixture of Cl2 and SO2 under UV radiation, followed by distillation of the unrefined product. The initial material is compounds of general formula (Rf=F, perfluoroalkyl CnF2n+1, n=1, …, 11; X=F, H). The process of producing fluoroalkane sulphochlorides takes place at temperature 0-25°C in the medium of a CCl4 solvent.
EFFECT: obtaining a pure product with high output (over 50%).
