SUBSTANCE: invention provides new polymers and copolymers of one or more fluorinated derivatives of bis-vinyloximemetane having structure CX²-O-CX³X⁴-O-CX²= CX¹F, where X¹ and X², same or different, are fluorine, chlorine, or hydrogen, and X³ and X⁴, same or different, are fluorine or trifluoromethyl. Indicated dienes form cyclic repeating units having structures a, b, c or d presented on claim 1 of invention.
