FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: composite heat-insulation material suitable for use in buildings, which may demonstrate high parameters of heat insulation when filling a cavity limited with outer and inner walls. The composite material is formed of heat insulation materials 6 on the basis of fibre in the form of two sheets, and a vacuum heat insulation material 7, which is included between these heat insulation materials 6 on the basis of fibre. Layers of the heat insulation material on the basis of fibre are joined as a whole, and a joint section between the heat insulation materials is filled with thinly cut heat insulation material on the basis of fibre.
EFFECT: invention provides for protection of vacuum material against damages in case of exposure, improved heat insulation and strength properties.
