FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: multifunctional furnace comprises two vertical cylindrical bodies, one of which (the inner one) is a combustion chamber, and the second (the outer one) is a protective screen with a nozzle for connection of a heat-resistant sleeve, along which an air flow heated between the walls of the combustion chamber and the protective screen is injected by a fan inside a room. On top of the combustion chamber there is a flap cover with a circular base equipped with holes, onto which utensils for hot food cooking are placed. In the lower part of the combustion chamber there is an air-supply nozzle with a gate that controls the incoming air volume needed for combustion. During operation of the furnace in the mode of continuous combustion, a detachable flue is installed on the upper cover as attached to the cylindrical body, which fully closes holes on the circular base for utensils installation. The flue pipe in the lower part has a gate that controls gas release from the combustion chamber.
EFFECT: exclusion of combustion products ingress inside the heated room, higher fire safety, higher thermal efficiency during preparation of hot food.
