SUBSTANCE: armour-piercing bullet comprises a bimetal shell, a core, a sleeve with a tracer composition and a cavity in front of the core in the head part of the shell. The core comprises an ogival head and cylindrical tail parts. The tail part of the core is made with length of (0.65-0.80)d, the total length of the bullet makes (4.7-5.1)d, and the distance from its top to the top of the core equals (0.12-0.17)L, where d is bullet calibre, and L is its length.

EFFECT: possibility to create an armour-piercing and an armour-piercing incendiary bullets is achieved.
