FIELD: bullets used in small arms cartridges for adjustment of fire and hitting of light-armored combat and auxiliary equipment of enemy. SUBSTANCE: in the known armour-piercing incendiary bullet with tracer, containing armour-piercing core, incendiary material and CUP with tracer composition located in an envelope, the armour-piercing core is furnished with a cavity for accommodation of incendiary material and a cup with tracer composition; the bullet length-to-core length ratio is within 1.23 to 1.26, and the cup with tracer composition has a hole in the head; the diameter of the core head exceeds the diameter of the core tail section by the value of unspringing of armour protection. The relation of the diameter of hole in the cup head is selected within 0.30 to 0.60. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of bullet due to increase of active mass and delivery of flame to armour protection. 1 dwg
