SUBSTANCE: method to detect skin photopathy includes stages, at which an image generation device is provided, comprising a digital camera, a source of light from 380 nm to 430 nm; skin is exposed to light in the range of wavelengths approximately from 380 nm to 430 nm; a reaction of skin in green light is recorded as a digital image by the camera; the reaction in green light related to an elastic material under the outer surface of the skin is identified, being recorded in the digital image by means of performing a stage of identification of an area of interest in the digital image corresponding to the skin area with low content of corneous substance and low content of porphyrin, and the reaction of the elastic material in green light is separated from the reaction of the skin pigment in the green light; and the reaction in green light related to the elastic material under the outer surface of skin is measured, being recorded in the digital image.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of skin health condition assessment.
