FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the field of medicine, namely to communal hygiene. In order to determine the zones with different intensity of adverse effect of chemicals on population health the environmentally neglected zone is chosen based on the level of technogenic burden of dangerous chemicals on the environment. The priority dangerous chemicals are chosen on the studied territory. On the map of chosen territory, in the cells of the grid located in the area of residential housing, the instrumental annual measurement of quality of atmospheric air and drinking water are performed. Taking into account the concentration of dangerous chemicals, the calculation is performed for danger coefficient of chronic and/or acute exposure, individual cancerogenic risk. The danger indexes for chronic and acute human exposure to non-cancerogenic dangerous chemicals are established for every cell of territory, as well as danger index for total cancerogenic risk. The land use planning is performed by the method of spatial analysis with joining of clusters formed by complexes of cells with close data. Based on the established values the zones are selected with minimal, low, moderate and high level of chemical danger for population health.
EFFECT: method provides for land use planning based on the level of hygienic ill-being and formed risk to the health of population residing in each zone due to use of multifactor indications for both environment and parameters of risk to the population health.
