FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method refers to medicine, namely, to urology. Perform conductive anesthesia along the spermatic cord, local infiltrative skin anesthesia in the region of the incision. Use an optical increase of 4.5D or more. Perform linear cut of the skin 2–3 cm lateral to the raphe scroti. Further, expose the seminal cord in a blunt way and take to the wound. Then perform a layered dissection fascia spermatica externa, fascia cremasterica and fascia spermatica interna and identify the veins of the pampiniform plexus. Release all dilated veins of the pampiniform plexus from the surrounding structures. Further, ligate the isolated veins proximally and distally and then dissect them between the ligatures. In this case, retain the seminal duct, the testicle artery, lymphatic vessels and nerves, after which close the surgical wound layer-by-layer with individual nodular sutures tightly.
EFFECT: method allows to avoid damage to the vas deferens, the testicle artery and lymphatic vessels, significantly reduce the number of recurrences varikotsele, postoperative hydrocele and testicular atrophy, as well as reduce the time of surgery up to 15–30 minutes.
