FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics, particularly to a tablet for treating diseases mediated by the activity of poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase. As an active ingredient, tablets contain 8-fluoro-2-{4-[(methylamino)methyl]phenyl}-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-6H-azepino[5,4,3-cd]indol-6-one is in concentration of 45–90 % wt./wt. Invention discloses a composition obtained by dry granulation, as well as capsule containing 45–90 % wt./wt. of 8-fluoro-2-{4-[(methylamino)methyl]phenyl}-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-6H-azepino[5,4,3-cd]indol-6-one.
EFFECT: invention implementation consists in creation of tablets with increased dosage of rucaparib.
