FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: method involves following steps: manufacture of extruded granules with cross section of extrusion and extrusion axis; sorting of granules into at least one fraction according to their ratio of geometrical dimensions, where ratio of geometrical dimensions is ratio of length of extruding granules and minimum size of cross section; and selection for further processing of granules in given fraction or preset fractions, with ratio of geometrical dimensions of more than 0.7 and less than 2.2, where step sorting granules are passed through separator per granules length. Invention also relates to use of separator along length in method for production of pharmaceutical preparation.
EFFECT: technical result consists in higher integrity of granules, reduction of fragmentation during processing and in possibility of more uniform coating.
