FIELD: aviation and energetics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metal treatment with pressure and can be used in production of blades for gas turbine engines and gas turbine plants. The method includes stamping of barrel piece, preliminary formation of blade butt and blade airfoil portion, welding of blade airfoil portion butt and final dimensional formation. Preliminary formation of blade butt is made of barrel bottom metal, and its portions - from its side. When stamping the barrel even number of stiffening ribs parallel to symmetry axis is made at its inner side. At the preliminary formation of stiffening rib airfoil portion are crowd one to another.
EFFECT: simplification of technological process and increase of hollow blade quality due to equal deformation.
