FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used in metallurgy and machine building industries in production of blanks and parts from granular heat-resistant alloys, for example, gas turbine engine rotor disks with mixed nano-microcrystalline structure. Method of producing forgings from heat-resistant granular comprises compaction of granules, hot isostatic pressing and step-by-step thermomechanical treatment. Prior to hot isostatic pressing granules are placed into capsule cavity is evacuated for degassing placed in granules. Hot isostatic pressing of granules is carried out together with capsule, and compacted thermomechanical treatment is performed in two stages: at first performing preliminary hot deformation of blank deformation ε not less than 0.7 and at temperature of 10-50 °C below liquidus temperature of alloy, and at second final hot deformation with relative deformation 0.9 < ε < 1.0 at temperature of 10-100 °C above solvus temperature alloy.
EFFECT: forged piece with nanocrystalline structure is characterised by high strength and ductility.
