FIELD: electric railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: this invention is designed for voltage compensation of DC electric-traction netware with simultaneous compensation of reactance capacity of AC mains supply. The device contains a central transformer, and a compensator transformer connected to the primary circuit of the central transformer, and a rectifier with filter compensating circuits connected to the secondary circuit of the central transformer. The compensator transformer is controlled by output voltage phase changing of an invert circuit with natural communation which is synchronized with AC voltage and is powered from DC electric-traction netware.
EFFECT: simplification of device design and increase of energy indicators.
