SUBSTANCE: method of construction of floating structures, mostly semi-submersible platform, consists of the superstructure, installed on the supporting columns and pontoons in the dry dock with an area. In the dock pontoons are installed, on which columns are built, and technological overpass between them. On the dock area the topside is constructed and having moved it along the overpass from the column, they connect with them. Initially, the column and overpass are constructed to the level of the dock site. After moving to the top structure to the columns received the dock is filled with water, providing pontoons surfacing with columns and superstructure. After this overpass height is being extended. The dock is to be drained then, providing thus sinking the pontoons, with columns at the bottom. The column constructing is to be finished at the height of the top structure.

EFFECT: reduction of the amount of transport operations.
