SUBSTANCE: proposed structure comprise beach wall, floating balloons with ballast system and hinged platforms secured at the wall by pivot joints with horizontal turn axis tat feature concaved cylindrical bearing surfaces of one curvature radius whereat wheeled tricks are mounted. It comprises at least two rows of platforms with parallel rotational axes spaced apart over beach wall height. Platforms of every row incorporate turn control mechanisms, edge guards to limit carriage displacement and are shifted relative to platforms so that at mutual turn they are located between platforms to be conjugated with said cylindrical surface. Beach wall is equipped with recesses to house turning platforms.
