FIELD: space and aeronautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates mainly to the manufacture and testing of ground-based telecommunications satellites, which are used in the thermal control system (CMS) with a two-phase coolant (ammonia). The method involves the assembly of the spacecraft (SC) of the components, filling liquid coolant channels PAGE and a ground-based electrical testing before launch satellites into orbit. In this post-build liquid-phase technology paths fill with coolant, for example, isooctane or similar. This coolant is safe and compatible with the liquid paths PAGE. At the end of ground electrical test this coolant is drained and the fluid paths run by full-time two-phase coolant (ammonia). The technical result of the invention is to provide
EFFECT: high reliability and safety for the personnel conducting ground electrical test energy-intensive SC, in which the fluid paths PAGE nominally circulating ammonia.
