FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: control of operation of temperature control systems (TCS) is performed at orbital functioning of space vehicle. Method involves telemetering measurements of heat carrier temperatures of sections of liquid paths and supply voltage of electric pump unit (EPU). At that, there also measured is EPU useful current and value of heat carrier flow rate in liquid paths is determined as per its value. For that purpose, the data obtained during EPU manufacture and during ground electric tests of TCS included in the composition of the device is used. The data is presented in the form of dependence of heat carrier flow rate in liquid paths of TCS on useful current of EPU. Measured values are compared with allowable ones.

EFFECT: improving control reliability of TCS operation with two-phase heat carrier or made as per combination scheme - with heat tubes and liquid paths.
