FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal control systems of, mainly, telecommunication satellites. Claimed process comprises the fabrication of manifolds and connecting tubes from special-profile tube with two flanges. Liquid paths of said manifolds and tubes are flushed with organic heat carrier, then, dried, subjected to strength and leak tests. Before said test, manifolds and tubes are heat cycled at ambient air temperature and held at minimum and maximum temperatures for at least 60 min. Said temperature is not lower than that of 95% of micro leak flushing fluid distillation. Every cycle (three or more) is terminated with compressed air blowing at maximum pressure and temperature.

EFFECT: higher reliability of tightness, hence, quality of liquid circuit fabrication.
