FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to applied electrochemistry and can be used for production of liquid antioxidant that stimulates and normalizes the processes in biologic object. The drinking water is used for production of catholyte in cathode chamber of diaphragm electrolyzer, that has the hydrogen ion concentration value (pH)1 within 10-11, and for production of anolyte in anode chamber with hydrogen ion concentration value (pH)2 within 1.5-6. The catholyte and anolyte produced in electrolyzer are used to produce liquid antioxidant stimulant for which purpose the specific optimal hydrogen ion concentration value (pH)* for the mixture is established in the range (pH)2≤(pH)*≤ (pH)1. In order to produce the mixture with given hydrogen ion concentration value (pH)* catholyte and anolyte are mixed together in volumetric ratio where V1 is catholyte volume in the mixture, V2 is anolyte volume in the mixture. The redox-potential of resulting mixture is lowered towards negative values by its hydrogen saturation. For mixture hydrogen saturation the mixture is put into airtight vessels, said vessels are filled with hydrogen that passes through the resulting mixture.
EFFECT: production of antioxidant stimulant with specific optimal hydrogen ion concentration value (pH)* and redox-potential value (Eh)*.
