FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: catholyte, obtained in the cathode chamber of a diaphragm cell, and any other liquid participating in the exchange of substances in biological objects, are mixed with each other. Before mixing, (pH)1 of the catholyte and (pH)2 of the liquid mixed with the catholyte is measured. Depending on the selected formulation of the mixture, specific pH values (pH)* are given in the range (pH)2≤(pH)* ≤ (pH)1. The catholyte and the liquid are mixed in volume ratio defined by the expression where V1 is the volume of catholyte in the mixture and V2 is the volume of the liquid. After preparation, said mixture is endowed with biologically active properties. To this end, a dielectric mould is sealed, evacuated and then filled with hydrogen to pressure (0.95-1) atm. Further, the obtained mixture is then dispersed inside this mould until (0.7-0.8) of the volume is filled and hydrogen is pumped until pressure of (1.1-1.2) atm is achieved. The mould is sealed and the obtained mixture is frozen.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain optimum pH values an redox potential of the prepared biologically active ice given in accordance with the formation.
