FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, mainly for turbine and can be used as a self-adjusting bearing turbine rotors operating at high speed and high specific loads. Segmental bearing consists of five segments (three in the bottom half and two at the top) with the command on the support surface oil distribution groove at the entrance of the segment. In the lower segments of oil distribution grooves slots are performed in a certain way facing the entrance end.
EFFECT: elimination of excess heating oа oil and the application in fast-running heavy-duty bearings for rotors without lift oil pumps.
