FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to turbine production, particularly, to the design of plain segmental shoe bearings incorporated with high-speed steam turbine high-pressure rotors. The proposed plain bearing liner consists of two half-liners with bearing segments fitted there inside and axially locked with the help of sleeves. The said sleeves are fitted to allow a clearance between the segment side surface and liner inner end face surface. The liner is furnished with a pocket representing an inner circular chamber provided with a web. The said half-liners, segments and sleeves have separate oil feed channels and those to withdraw oil from intersegment space. The liner features oil seals with movable sealing elements.
EFFECT: decrease in total consumption of lubrication, optimum thermal conditions, improved vibration stability.
