SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to the isolating disconnector. Isolating disconnector comprises the first wedge-shaped disc (10), characterized by the first covergent section (11), the second wedge-shaped disc (20), characterized by the second covergent section (21), interacting in contact with the first covergent section. The second wedge-shaped disc is fixed to the boss assembly (30). The first wedge-shaped disc has a friction coupling with a plate (40). Between the first wedge-shaped disc and the second wedge-shaped disc a coil spring (60) is located. Between the plate (40) and the split wheel (50) an elastomeric spring unit (70) is installed. According to another scheme the isolating disconnector contains the first wedge-shaped disc (10) for the purpose of connection to the driving shaft, the second disc (20), attached to the boss assembly (30), the first covergent section (11) of the first wedge-shaped disc (10), б cutting angle assessed according to the plain surface, going through perpendicularly to the spinning axis (A-A), the second covergent section (21) of the second wedge-shaped disc (20), interacting in contact with the first covergent section, a coil spring, located between the first wedge-shaped disc and the second wedge-shaped disc. The first wedge-shaped disc is characterized by a friction coupling with a plate (40) and, consequently, with the split wheel (50).

EFFECT: elimination of belt slip, caused by the decreased engine revolution speed.
