FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. An isolating disconnector comprises a hub, a one-way rotation clutch engaged with the hub, a pulley, a spring and an inertia element. The pulley is engaged with the hub with the possibility of rotation, at the first ball bearing and the second ball bearing. The spring is installed in working engagement between the one-way rotation clutch and the pulley. The inertia element is engaged with the hub by an elastomer element. The inertia element is mounted within the structure comprising the pulley and the first pulley support engaged with the first ball bearing, and the second pulley support engaged with the second ball bearing. The inertia element can move independently from the pulley.
EFFECT: deformations of a resilient element, fatigue fractures and failures are prevented, noise in the start phase in the course of motor operation is prevented as well.
