SUBSTANCE: pulley is connected coaxially to the hub and has an engagement surface for the belt. The spring is engaged between the hub and the spring holder and it is radially expanded in the loading direction. At that the one-way clutch spring is designed to engage with the hub, whereby the one-way clutch spring friction engagement with a pulley can be gradually released into the unloading direction.

EFFECT: reliability increase.
