FIELD: industrial straps production.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the range of industrial straps, providing the possibility of stitching during the installation, and to the industrial straps production methods. Industrial strap consists of a framework with the first and second edges, oriented crosswise the machine direction and a first layer, laminated to the first side of a framework. According to the first scheme an industrial strap contains suturing instrumentation for stitching of the first and the second edges with the effect of a continuous tape, while the first layer is fastened to the basis of suturing instrumentation. An industrial strap is additionally equipped with a valve, cut in the first layer and laminated to the framework. The valve provides access to suturing instrumentation, protects from the outer influence and provides a continuance and surface impermeability. According to the second scheme an industrial strap contains a jointing, formed by means of an inserted jointing, fixed to the first edge of a framework, and suturing loops, formed on the second edge of a framework. The first layer, laminated to the framework, protects the inserted jointing and suturing loops and provides a continuance and surface impermeability. According to the third scheme an industrial strap contains a suturing spiral, connected to the first and the second edges, at that the first laminated layer is shorter than the framework. According to the fourth scheme an industrial strap contains an edging element, connected to the first and the second edges and having suturing loops, which may be intertissued with an interdigitated pattern and connected with the effect of a continuous tape. The industrial strap production method is based on the lamination of the first layer to the first framework.

EFFECT: creating of a stratiform strap, resistant to delamination.
