OMNI-MEASURED ACROSS WIDTH FABRIC OBTAINED BY FLAT WEAVING AND MADE WITH ABILITY OF STITCHING WHEN PLACED Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC D21F1/00

Abstract RU 2466233 C2

FIELD: textiles and paper.

SUBSTANCE: fabric is made with the ability of stitching when placed and comprises a base obtained by flat weaving. The said base comprises at least one set of interwoven threads oriented in the machine direction and in the direction across the movement of fabric in the machine. The claimed fabric has three sections. The first section is woven with use of the first scheme of weaving and/or the first density of location, the first size and/or the first type of threads oriented in the direction across the movement of fabric in the machine. Behind the first section the first isolation region of a given length is formed in the machine direction by weaving transition or special weft threads without use of threads oriented across the movement of fabric in the machine. The second section is woven using the second scheme of weaving and/or second density of location, the second size and/or the second type of threads oriented in the direction across the movement of fabric in the machine. Behind the second section the second isolation region of a given length is formed in the machine direction by weaving transition or special weft threads without use of threads oriented across the movement of fabric in the machine. The third section is woven with use of the first scheme of weaving and/or the first density of location, the first size and/or the first type of threads oriented in the direction across the movement of fabric in the machine. The first and third sections of the base are turned inward, so that the free ends of these sections are adjacent to each other.

EFFECT: invention enables to eliminate moire effect and creates a more rapid method of production, which overcomes disadvantages of endless weaving.
