SUBSTANCE: invention comprises an adapting pipe with air outlets feeding the spraying air, a sprayer frame connected with the adapting pipe, water feeding tubes. Furthermore, the sprayer frame is fitted with two spherical surfaces with a common centre, which allows the sprayer frame to move angularly on the conic surface of the seating, installed in the adapting pipe. The invention also has a coupling nut with conic surface for fixing and fastening the sprayer frame to the adapting pipe, furthermore, the sprayer frame is fitted with a screw bore for sprayer fastening, while the adapting pipe is fitted with a screw bore for fastening and a bore for installing the water feeding pipe, tightened with circular section rubber rings.

EFFECT: more convenient sprayer angle adjustment; reduced connected pipeline section obscurity; provided the possibility to simulate the necessary conditions by pre-testing adjustment and control of the air-water mixture and ice crystals.
