SUBSTANCE: device comprises a distribution pipe equipped with an insert of a dielectric material, in which the sprayers are mounted. The outlets of the sprayers are directed towards each other, and the inputs are connected to the distribution pipeline. The insert is made with a slot to release the spray stream, in which the outlets of the sprayers are entered. The sprayers are mounted with the ability to change and fix the angle of intersection of the axes. In the device the electrode is introduced which inducing end is brought in the slot to the outlets of the sprayers. The design provides increased radius of sector spraying of water with low flow rate due to turning the sector mist plume of 360° relative to the vertical axis. Then sprayed water is fully utilised by plants, even its vapors, being the ions with high electric charge, do not rise up, but are attracted to the green plant surfaces.

EFFECT: creation of an optimum microclimate around the plants in open or protected ground.
