FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: stimulator comprises a watering chamber with air and water collectors equipped with atomisers located in a design section of the attached pipeline with the collectors being placed in horizontal pylons and equispaced along the section of the attached pipeline. The pylons are represented in the form of a frame formed by inlet and distributing air collectors connected by choke segments, while the distributing collector is equipped by atomiser adapters, and the water collector separated by cuffs with water supply pipes to the atomisers is located between the air collectors. The frame is closed by a fairing mechanically separated therefrom and supplied with a thermal protection; the pylons are one-side attached to the watering chamber walls from inside, while from the other side the walls contact with guide bushings.
EFFECT: provided operational stability of the atomisers within the whole test temperature range of the turbine engines, ensured uniform air flow watering in experiment.
