SUBSTANCE: innovation relates to the coders and decoders, namely to the implementation of a set of filters for perspective audio coding (AAC) and improvement of ACC with a low setback (ELD); the below mentioned effect is attained due to that the coder can include a set of filters of the basic MDCT which can be applied to perform the algorithm of the perspective audio coding (ААС), the extended ААС algorithm with a low setback (ELD) or the both algorithms; for the ААС algorithm the sequence of inlet indications is sent directly to the set of the MDCT filters to the receive the consequence of the outlet indications; for the AAC- ELD algorithms they invert the signs of the inlet indications into the sequence of inlet indications, apply the set of the MDCT analysis filters to the sequence of the inlet indications with the inverted sign to receive the sequence of the outlet indications, change for the opposite the order of the sequence of the outlet indications and invert the signs of alternating outlet indications in the sequence of the outlet indications.

EFFECT: improvement of the method of execution of the codec algorithms AAC-ELD and ААС.
