FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agriculture and in particular to the crop science. The technical result of the invention is the possibility to expand the distance between the cells. The mulching technique consists in marking of the material when the cells are enlarged in width, cutting of the material along the curved lines or the curved and straight lines. After the strips have been cut in the points where the cells are marked, the former are bent and the fold lines are linked. At the same time the smaller length of the cell is formed. The pits for the plants are formed after the operations of turning or sweeping, or shifting, or overturning of the cut strips and their joining have been performed. The strips are joined in such a way that the cells placed in a line or checkerboard in relation to each other.
EFFECT: expansion of the distance between the cells.
