FIELD: cable conduits for fiber-optic cables and coaxial cables.
SUBSTANCE: structure of cable conduit sleeve incorporates pair of adjacent strip-shaped layers of flexible material joined along their longitudinal edges to mark duct for stretching cable through structure of internal cable ducts formed between layers. Adjacent layers are different in width between their longitudinal edges so that wide layer is bulging with respect to narrow one which forms duct of open configuration. Cable conduit sleeve structure was found to be manufactured more effectively and at lower cost if numerous sheets and cords used for cable stretching are piled and disposed in such a way that many sleeve structures of cable conduit could be produced at a time in parallel disposition. Proposed method for producing cable conduit sleeve structures includes feeding of several piled sheets through edging facility, sewing machine, and then through slitting facility. This method enables separation of sleeve parts into separate items or into numerous items. Preferable alternative is use of four piled sheets forming in the end three cells of boxes in one cable conduit.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reduced manufacturing cost.
