The air-permeable layer (40) is in the construction zone of the upper part on the out sole side. The air-permeable layer (40) has a 3-D structure provides air access at least in horizontal direction. The out sole lower roundabout area (16) in the upper part of the footwear has at least one air-permeable hole (20) which is connected with the air-permeable layer.
EFFECT: allows air changing between outside environment and air-permeable layer (40).
