SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a footwear article (2) top structure (22) that contains the top bottom (34) with a vapour-permeable mounting sole (36) and the laminate (38) of the top bottom functional layer, the top zone (23) with a face material layer (24) and the laminate (26) of the top functional layer; the top end zone positioned on the sole side is connected to the top bottom (34); the laminate (38) is two layered, such two-layered laminate (38) of the top bottom functional layer consisting of the top bottom functional layer (40) and a support textile layer (42); the top bottom functional layer (40) represents the top layer of the two-layered laminate (38) of the top bottom functional layer and is positioned between the support textile layer (42) and the vapour-permeable mounting sole (36); the vapour-permeable mounting sole (36) is positioned on top of the laminate (38) of the top functional layer; the two-layered laminate (38) of the top functional layer has a greater side extension as compared to the vapour-permeable mounting sole (36the two-layered laminate (38) of the top bottom functional layer and the laminate (26) of the top functional layer interconnected in a waterproof manner.
