SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of separation of the aerodispersed products into fractions pursuant to the composition of their mechanical and physical properties with simultaneous air purification; aerohelical centrifugal separator comprises the inlet tangential junction pipe (1), the cone-shaped housing (2), the helical element (3) coaxially positioned in the housing, the circumventing exhaust pipe (4) and the airproof educting device (5); the helical element (3) is made with the adjustable diameter, controllable pitch and a number of helical entries forming inside of the housing (2) the decreasing volume helical channel (7) reaching the bottom butt end of the exhaust pipe (4) with regulated conical vortex (8); the upper butt end of the exhaust pipe (4) being the top point of the blunted cone (22) and the pin (23) located in the blunted cone (22) with the helical surface (24) are regulated regarding the diameter and length and along with the junction pipe (25) installed over the butt end of the exhaust pipe (4) at the pitched distance are enclosed into the air-proof chamber (26); the sidewall surface of the housing is performed with the adjusted perforation (9) and equipped with the air-proof containers (11) with the channels (10) lapping the perforation (9) and designated for collecting and educting of fractions to the discharge unit (5).
EFFECT: invention secures the high efficiency of air purification upon separating the airflow fractions.
