FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to separation of grinding products and cleaning of air in process of pneumatic transportation and may find application in grain-processing industry and agricultural complex, and also at all enterprises related to dust cleaning. Method for pneumatic inertial separation of grinding products and dust includes entry of air mixture into body in process of spinning in confusor space with development of rotary volumes of air mixture in inner cavity of body and transportation of air mixture in process of spinning inside conical part of body by means of system of truncated cones coaxially arranged with body and forming circular cavities, discharge of heavy and bulk fractions, and also lighter fractions through circular cavities. Air mixture is supplied into body in process of spinning in confusor space of upper volute tangential swirler and is transported inside conical part of body via outlet hole of swirler communicated to upper truncated cone into system of truncated cones, which is coaxial with the latter, continuously rotating it, pressing heavy and bulky fractions to walls of truncated cones and sending them towards discharge device of body, and also gripping lighter particles with produced air vortex and sending them depending on dispersion below along axis of body to discharge device or via circular cavities of truncated cones in process of air vortex decomposition into circular space between truncated cones and conical part of body that embraces them, and further - to confusor space of lower volute tangential swirler arranged coaxially to upper swirler, for intense rotation and pressing of these particles to walls of conical part of body and their sending downwards to discharge device, at the same time cleaned air is exhausted via lower volute tangential swirler.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of grinding products separation from dust.
