FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: unit for the separation and fractionation of impurities from an aero-hydraulic flow is intended for use in the field of separation of aerodispersed products according to the combination of physical and mechanical properties with simultaneous air purification. According to the first embodiment, the confusor screw element of the unit with a variable diameter, pitch and number of passes is made in the form of an annular confusor chamber formed by an outer conical body and an inner cone, with spirals and bodies of revolution, for example, disks installed with a fixed location, rotation and shape in a variable the volume of the chamber, and is located between the inner wall of the outer axisymmetric conical body and the wall of the exhaust pipe with the possibility of connecting the inner cone with the exhaust pipe at its beginning or at the end along the direction of movement in the confusor chamber of the aero-hydraulic flow. According to another embodiment, the confusor screw element of the unit, located between the inner wall of the outer axisymmetric conical body and the wall of the exhaust pipe, with a variable diameter, pitch and number of passes is made in the form of an annular confusor chamber formed by perforated outer and inner cones with spirals and bodies of revolution, for example disks installed with a fixed location, rotation and shape in a variable volume of the chamber inserted into the outer conical body with the possibility of connecting the inner cone with the exhaust pipe at its beginning or at the end along the direction of travel in the confusor chamber of the aero-hydraulic flow. An annular spiral channel with variable thickness and length is formed with the outer conical body by the introduced perforated outer cone with adjustable perforation. The side surface of the outer conical body has sealed outlet channels for the selection and removal of impurity fractions. The outlet movable element is made in the form of a rotary body with variable size, rotation, shape and permeability and is installed below the annular confusor chamber opposite the sealed outlet channel in the lower part of the outer conical body.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency of separation and fractionation of impurities from the aero-hydraulic flow while reducing energy consumption.
