FIELD: processing of grain into flour and separation of processed products into fractions in agro-industrial complex.

SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing aeration-dispersion flow into casing through chamber, into circular space between its inner surface and hollow turbine upon swirling of flow within converging tube space of hollow turbine, around its horizontal axis of rotation so that rotating masses of aeration dispersion flow are generated within inner cavity and on outer surface of hollow turbine; separating and discharging, upon engagement of said masses, large-sized and heavy fractions of aeration dispersion flow; transporting enriched aeration dispersion flow upon additional swirling within rotating branch pipe and immovable screw axially aligned therewith; directing said flow downward so as to create swirling cord using system of truncated rotating vibration cones and said screw axially aligned with turbine to define circular adjustable channels; directing said flow inward of conical part of casing having upper and lower outlets; discharging lighter fractions to lower outlet of casing conical part after said fractions are moved downward, in parallel with screw, through circular adjustable channels and over surfaces of truncated rotating vibration cones in their conically converging circular spaces; discharging finely dispersed aeration mixture into upper outlet of casing conical part.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in separation of milled products into fractions and reduced consumption of power.
