FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. In compliance with first version, proposed upholstery comprises front bearing and mounting parts. Front bearing part is made from solid layer of acoustic material. Acoustic material structure has sound-reflecting sound-absorbing properties or combination thereof. Density of said material exceeds that of mounting part acoustic material with sound-absorbing properties. Said multilayer acoustic structure incorporates separated dead-end cavities. One said dead-end cavity is composed of peripheral flanging made from solid soundproof layer of solid sound-reflecting sound-absorbing material. Said cavity is filled with crushed porous sound-absorbing fragments composed of the products of secondary recycle wastes of assembly unit and part material treatment. Mounting part in said dead-end cavity is lined with protective sound-transmissive nonwoven material layer or sound-transmissive gas-and-water proof film. Volume of every said porous soundproof fragments makes Vf=8×(10-9…10-6)m3. Density of filling said cavity with said fragments makes ρf=25…60 kg/m3. In compliance with second version, said multilayer structure comprises separated dead-end cavities in face bearing part structure.
EFFECT: better acoustic efficiency, material savings.
