FIELD: heating equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for recirculating water cooling. Fan cooling tower includes exhaust tower with air inlet windows along perimeter of its lower part, water trap, water distribution system with narrowing nozzles located symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of tower, sprinkler and basin, divided into sections by partitions, each of which is made of bimetal in a zigzag manner with the formation in the section of alternating staggered confusors and diffusers, and the water distribution system is arranged in pairs located convergent nozzles, and on inner surface of each of pair of nozzles there are longitudinally arranged from larger base to smaller curvilinear grooves, wherein in the first of the pair of nozzles the curvilinear groove guide has a clockwise direction, and in the second one, the curvilinear groove guide is directed against the clockwise movement, wherein the exhaust tower is equipped with a fan located in its upper part, a fan rotation speed controller and a temperature controller with an ambient air temperature sensor, wherein the temperature controller by its output is connected to the rotation speed controller in the form of a powder electromagnetic couplings unit, and the temperature controller comprises a comparison unit and a setting unit, wherein the comparator unit is connected to the input of the electronic amplifier, equipped with the nonlinear feedback unit, and the output of the electronic amplifier is connected to the input of the magnetic amplifier with the rectifier, which at the input is connected to the rotation speed controller, besides, the exhaust tower from the outer surface is coated with thin-fibrous basalt material in the form of twisted beams, longitudinally extended from below upwards, wherein the coating with thin-fiber basalt material in the form of twisted beams on the outer surface of the exhaust cooling tower is made with sets, where the bundles in pairs, with a number of not less than four, are arranged in the form of sinusoids, elongated longitudinally, protrusions and recesses of which when aligned are concentrators of moving seismic waves, and sections of maximum approach of sinusoids make nodes that facilitate formation of standing waves. Air inlets are made in the form of a truncated cone with a smaller base inside the housing and each includes a swirler consisting of four plates, inlet and outlet sections of which are located one relative to another at right angle, and truncated cone at larger base has circular groove connected with sludge collector.

EFFECT: maintenance of environmental safety of air medium above upper part of exhaust tower.
