SUBSTANCE: result is achieved by possibility to provide the sources of light (20) that create multiple colors near at least one side of the screen (10) of the display device or facility, each of the multiple colors is adapted to the video content in spatially corresponding area (50) of screen (10). In one of the variants of realization backlight or lighting system can have improved construction where the reflector (60) has the window section (65) dividing the light from light source (20) in two parts. Half or larger part of the light is directed to the background (30) of the display device, and another half or smaller part of the light is directed to the diffuser (70) of the frame, i.e. on the front part of the imaging device.
EFFECT: expanded range of technical possibilities of the display devices.
