SUBSTANCE: invention is related to dairy industry. Delactosed milk or milk with low content of lactose is produced of milk (used as the initial material) by way of defatting (optionally), curdling, sedimentation, ultrafiltration, repeated dissolution, mixing, reconditioning and other processes.
EFFECT: delactosed milk may be produced as liquid milk or dry milk and may be mixed with regular milk for production of liquid milk with a low content of lactose or dry milk with a low content of lactose.
